Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at the resort! The staff was incredibly friendly and really went above and beyond to help us. The cleanliness of the place stood out to me, especially as I work in the cleaning industry. It's conveniently located near the 'Old Mill' area, making it easy to explore without needing to drive. However, one downside was the absence of elevators in the building, which made carrying luggage a bit challenging, especially since our unit was on the third floor.
I had a great time at the Oakmont, which is always full of activities. The place is undergoing updates, making it feel a bit fresher, although some areas are still a tad outdated. One downside was the Wi-Fi, which comes with an extra cost for each device, and it can be a bit unreliable in certain units. Overall, it offers good value for families looking for a fun getaway.
I had quite the mixed experience at Oakmont Resort. While the location is excellent for exploring nearby attractions, the resort itself feels quite outdated and in need of some serious renovations. I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating, but the poor Wi-Fi situation was frustrating and the condition of the room left a lot to be desired. Overall, it has its charms but also has some significant drawbacks.
I had a decent stay at the resort, which was clean and well-maintained. The amenities were nice, especially the hot tub and sauna, but I was disappointed by the temperature of the indoor pool and some maintenance issues in our unit. The location was convenient for accessing Pigeon Forge attractions, and the staff was generally nice, although the cleaning expectations upon checkout felt excessive.
I had a surprisingly pleasant stay at the resort for 7 days, especially considering the great value for money at only $349. The room was spacious and clean, and I loved the hot tub after long hiking days. However, some amenities seemed outdated, and the limited Wi-Fi access was quite inconvenient.
